Over-watering can show multiple signs of deficiencies the most Telltale sign is that the plant droops is if it has no water this is easily excluded by lifting the plant as whole and feeling the weight of the pot other signs of over-watering is yellowing and curling of the leaves. a lot of people ask how often do you water and feed your plant and honestly there is no true answer as each and every plant individually takes in and puts out. the key it to know your pots both dry and wet. Over-watering doesnt always mean you’ve been giving the plant too much water. It can also mean that you’ve been giving the plant water too often, or growing plants in a growing medium that holds onto water without enough air, or doesn’t have good drainage out the bottom. plants use their roots to get oxygen almost like they’re breathing. Oxygen is dissolved in water When you water your plants too often, the roots end up sitting in stagnant water and thus The reason your plants droops cause the roots are starving for oxygen. the best thing you can do is to back off watering feel the weight of your pot and allow doe some time to dry. you must have drain holes for water to ecape!
